From standardised profiles and in many different construction variants, we can add and complete many pieces of furniture and programmes with the matching boxes according to your measurements in the shortest possible time.
In principle, the elements are prepared for all common guide systems (underfloor, cage or roller guide). On request, they can also be delivered with mounted adapters or including guides from renowned manufacturers.
Craft businesses can order our bespoke drawers online via Häfele. An Internet configurator is available there to assist with selection and design, which you can find in the “Configurators” area. Please note that you need a Häfele account to use the configurator.

‘Premium’ series
Equipment for the highest standards
Premium drawers are additionally sanded flat on the top side after assembly. The edges are then only slightly broken for a refined appearance. The rebated base made of 8 mm thick veneer board is grooved and glued on 4 sides. No screws or staples are visible from below.
The joints are fine and even. The corner joints of the drawers SE-40, SE-41 and SE-42 are executed as semi-concealed dovetail jointing.

‘Plus’ series
Equipment for bedroom wardrobes and walk-in wardrobe systems
The products of the ‘Plus’ series have been specially developed for fitting high-quality wardrobes and wardrobe furniture. In addition to low-front pull-outs with a front piece protruding side- and downwards to conceal the runner, three different internal pulls with and without glass fronts as well as hanging pull-outs with support rods for trousers are also offered. The thickness of the side panels is 13 mm. The front pieces are each 20 mm thick.

Configure and order drawers online
With your Häfele login data, you can access the configurator and order your individual drawers online.
Where can I find the configurator?
You will find the configurator on the start page in the tile “All configurators”. On the following page you will see the “Wooden drawer configurator”. To use it, you must have registered online beforehand.
Current note: Due to a hacker attack, it is currently not possible to order drawers in the Häfele online shop. Contact your responsible customer advisor.
Materials
As standard materials, we offer our customers 13 different types of wood and assortments with which a piece of furniture can be individually fitted. In addition to solid wood as the basic material for our drawers, we also use high-quality MDF for our wood-based materials. In contrast to chipboard, MDF drawers are characterised by a closed, dust-free cut edge and an overall more valuable appearance. The profiles are edged with a 1 mm thick ABS or veneer edge and can be ordered in three different melamine decors or PUR lacquered in RAL colours.
Sorting and wood quality
All types of wood* are free of knots, defects and sapwood. The frame parts are colour-coordinated, only glued lengthwise with as few glue joints as possible and largely without mirrors in the relevant wood species.

Lightly steamed and pre-dried for at least 6 months for little warpage

Oak ‘prime’
First-class grading, heart-free cut around the core, largely without mirrors, seasoned for 12 months before technical drying.
Aspen oak ‘prime‘
Expressive natural look with smaller closed and larger spatulated knots, careful selection without chipping, seasoned for 12 months
Oak ‘character’
Reduced selection with vivid wood appearance and broader colour and structure spectrum, smaller, largely closed knots (not spatulated), typical colour play and mirror are permitted.
Smoked oak ‘prime’
Carefully sorted, practically flawless half-finished products, core-smoked after several months of pre-drying and then matured for at least 6 months, impressively uniform dark colour.
American walnut
Selected high-quality logs with strong diameters imported from North America and regionally cut according to special specifications, only lightly steamed, sapwood-free
American cherry (Black cherry)
Black cherry with a calm grain, largely without gum, wintered in
Birch
Winter and spring incision, pre-dried for 3-6 months on profiled stacking laths for uniformly light colour.
Ash
Light ash from spring cutting, matured for at least 6 months, without brown heart, also called “white ash”.
Alder
Produced from selected logs, carefully seasoned and post-dried
